With a life span of more than 50 years, Kasta pipes are an ideal choice for use in hot & cold water applications in residential, commercial & industrialbuildings. Kasta CPVC pipes and fittings are an excellent alternative over conventional materials for hot and cold water applications.These pipes are ideal for carrying a continuous flow of hot and cold potable water. Our CPVC pipes and fittingsare made from the specialty plastic -Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC).
These Pipes are produced in copper tube size (CTS) from ½” to 2” with two different standard dimensional ratios (SDR). CPVC pipes & fittings are made from identical compound that have identical physical properties.
Thepipes &fittings in SDR-11 are produced as per ASTM-D standards & SDR 13.5pipes and fittingscomply to ASTM-F standards, which meets all requirements of specific iron pipe size(IPS) dimension for CPVC Pipes.This is also applicable on CPVC pipes that are CTS compliant. Apart from identical physical properties, SDR-11 &SDR-13.5 have different wall thickness, due to which both have different pressure ratings at any given temperature.
